We are implementing green solutions proposed in Laudato Si at Bakeshop, a vegetarian & vegan bakery-cafe in Bushwick.

The shop uses a mix of local, organic and non-GMO ingredients to make cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cheesecakes, bagels, sandwiches, lattes, and espressos. The shop also features artwork for Art for Laudato Si, public service style murals, educational books, and sells sustainable and re-usable products to help people reduce their carbon footprints.
